How and where we operate
We operate in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We bring fresh farm produces directly from farms and do the sorting, grading and packing as per customers order and delivery to customer's doorstep. We work in on-demand mode to provide farm fresh items. We request our customers to place orders at least one day advance to serve them better. We only deliver to Hotels, Restaurants, Cafe, Retailers and other commercial kitchens.

Do you deliver to my location?
We deliver in select localities across the city we are present in. You can call us to check if we deliver in your area.
What is the minimum order value?
There is a minimum order value of Rs 500/- per order. However, right now we only deliver to Hotels, Restaurants, Dhabas and Hostels.
Do you charge any amount or taxes over and above the rates?
No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates. However, we do have a delivery fee in case you want express delivery.
What is express delivery?
Generally we take orders one day before delivery time, in case you want same day delivery within 3 hours, express service charge of Rs. 150/- will be levied.
Placing an order
How can I be sure the vegetables I order are of good quality?
We have a quality check process in place to ensure quality of the items delivered is up to the mark. But if you find items that are not up to your expectation, please do let us know we will bring the one that matchesJ.
How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?
You will receive an SMS notification informing you about the unavailable items in this situation. Refunds (if any) will also be initiated within 4-6 hours.
I’m trying to place an order today but it is getting scheduled for the next day. What can I do?
We usually schedule delivery for the next day of order being placed. However, you can choose express delivery for same day delivery if you place an order before 4PM.
Can I schedule an order to my convenience?
Sure. At the checkout page, you can select a delivery slot of your choice or if you are ordering on call just tell us your preferred time and location.

Do you charge for delivery?
No, we don’t charge for delivery.
What are your delivery times?
We begin deliveries in some locations at 8AM and complete the last delivery by 7PM.
What if I don’t receive my order by the scheduled time?
On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order. We will work with you to make sure you are not inconvenienced as a result of the delay.

How can I make payments at FreshoKartz?
FreshoKartz accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayTM Wallet and bank cheque. Cash on delivery (COD) is also available for orders less than INR 10000.
